TelecomFinance Awards Dinner
Grange St Paul's Hotel, Thursday, 19th January 2012
The TelecomFinance Awards, honouring the top deals and banks of 2011, will be presented at a gala dinner on 19th January.
The award categories for 2011 are:
TelecomFinance Europe Deal of the Year

TelecomFinance Middle East & Africa Deal of the Year

TelecomFinance Asia Deal of the Year

EMEA M&A Bank of the Year by Euro Deal Value

EMEA M&A Bank of the Year by Number of Deals

Asia M&A Bank of the Year by Dollar Deal Value

How the awards work:
Bank of the year awards in the M&A, loans and bonds categories are judged on a quantitative basis, counting the number of deals and deal value each bank has accumulated during the year.
For the deals of the year categories, the TelecomFinance editorial team will select a shortlist of the top transactions in three regions – Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia. An independent panel of experts will then vote to determine the winners.

- M&A and Debt Transactions League Tables 2011
We will once again publish league tables for telecoms sector M&A and debt transactions closed in 2011.
Please send your bank’s deal data to: dealdata@telecomfinance.com no later than 9 January 2012.
In order to take into account a deal we would need:
Exact amount of the transaction and date of closing
Parties involved, plus their advisers / arrangers (including job titles)
For debt transactions, only top-tier banks will be credited.
Please note:
The TelecomFinance editorial team will make every effort to ensure that the quantitative awards are fair and accurate, and as such will compare data submitted by all banks. However, league tables are officially compiled using TelecomFinance's content, so we only request banks' data as a courtesy.
In the event of discrepancy among parties claiming arranger/advisory credit, TelecomFinance will require all banks involved to provide official documentation (page 1-2 of a term sheet, a press release, etc). If in doubt, TelecomFinance reserves the right to omit deals altogether or share credit equally among parties.
