Boris Nemsic
Member of the Executive Partners Group, Delta Partners
Boris has been a Member of Executive Partners Group of Delta Partners in Dubai since July 2011. After his PhD Boris continued his professional career at mobilkom austria as director of the Network Planning department, subsequently leading the team applying for the second GSM license in Croatia. After successfully winning the tender, he was made CEO of the newly created Vipnet Croatia, taking on a vital role in the international expansion of mobilkom austria.
After Vipnet's sensational launch, which won international recognition, he returned to Vienna to become CEO, mobilkom austria. In 2002, he also accepted the position of COO Wireless, Telekom Austria.
Boris has been CEO, Telekom Austria Group and CEO, mobilkom Austria (May 2006 - March 2009); served as CEO of OJSC Vimpelcom (April 2009 - June 2010), continuing on the steering committee for Vimpelcom acquisition of Wind and Orascom and is the author of numerous published technical papers.
From 2007 - 2010 Boris was Board Member of the Worldwide GSM Association and Chairman of its Public Policy Committee.
